Quality work and transparent workmanship
Mike and the technicians at University are excellent! We have taken our vehicles to them for 11 years and have never had a complaint. They are up front with their diagnosis and pricing without embelishing problems to raise maintenance costs and they guarantee their work. As long as I'm stationed here, I'll be bringing my vehicles to them.

Raymond said he went to this business for an oil change and safety inspection. The technicians discovered film on the tail-lights, which he himself had to clean in order to pass the inspection and since doing so, he is able to return to get the re-do inspection. The technicians provide good service to their customers.

Replace the brakes
Mike and James are great to work with and always fair about what needs to be done. My car was making a weird noise quite suddenly and it turned out the brakes were worn - they were able to diagnose and repair it quickly.
