Terrible. Mike will lie to you
I am not going to add any star on this one. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR HERE THAT IS NOT A KIA UNDER WARRANTY AND CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED. Also try to avoid buying from Mike if you can help it. My wife went in there when I was driving OTR and picked out a car while i was away. I didn't know it wasn't certified pre-owned and the "as is" clause got us. I got a call about a month after i bought it and they needed to replace the catalytic converter. Did not think anything of it until i got a call from my wife crying about how things when down when she was almost shut down on the side of the road with the engine puttering with the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. When she took it in she was surprised at the reaction and felt disregarded, only one month after buying it and was told that we bought it "as is" and basically they couldn't help us. Mike went back and forth with me until i said i might get attorneys involved and put my wife in a rental and said they would look at it. We went through months of basically my wife being told one thing and put in different loaners while they tried to fix the engine. We finally took it to Bob Mayberry hyundai which we should have went to a hyundai dealer. They took pictures and sent me pics of flex pipe, hose clamps and a muffler system that was patched together. I was notified that the engine was in engine failure, no oil and the oil had burnt a hole in the muffler. no oil in car left.. They basically stuck us with a lemon and told us we were stuck with it after putting a bandaid on it basically and now my wife and daughter are stuck driving in a car that will go out someday. All while I have a 350 a month payment. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT MIKE OR THE UNION COUNTY STAFF TELLS YOU ABOUT A CAR. THEY LIED TO ME ALMOST ON EVERY OCCASION AND TRIED TO COVER UP EVEN WHEN THEY REPLACED THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER WAS BECAUSE IT WAS COMPLETELY CLOGGED WITH OIL. Zero integrity and we wish we never went into there.
