Karen said he did not do anything to her vehicle, he was fair in sharing what the cost may have been, he was straightforward about it and she appreciated that. She added that she also appreciated the honesty, the price was steep but they have elite service.

Matt said two other people looked at his vehicle and told him it was a completely different problem. Instead of him having to pay for something that didn't need to be fixed, they were able to find out what the real problem was here and they fixed it.

Cecilia said they were very honest with her about her vehicle, they were wonderful and polite, and they let her know when they would have it ready. When she picked it up, they were very courteous to her and her husband and let her know if she ever needed anything, they would be there for her. She would recommend them to anybody and she is grateful for what they did, they saved her money and saved her from having to make a vehicle payment.
