I was extremely happy with them at first, Jaime was super sweet, but his employees weren’t. At first, they kept my truck in the shop at night like they said they would because my door seals leak and it’s raining, but, as soon as Jaime left the employees kept it out in the rain over night and day, while Jaime didn’t know. We showed up as they closed and tried to get their attention by waving and yelling but they just ignored us and waved goodbye. I’m upset with the employees because my floors, seats and subs are soaked. Jaime did talk to his employees afterwards so i appreciate that, but i don’t appreciate being ignored, even if they were closing. Everything in the cab was ruined. (Jaime had left before them, and i’m assuming they didn’t know to keep it in the shop, or they were being lazy.) They did fix my truck tho… so that’s appreciated.
Roger said they were great and quick, and they got him in and out fast. He said they were nice and friendly, they did a good job, and he plans on using them in the future.
Excellent mechanic and smog shop. Jamie got me in right away for my smog and even a hour early. Been getting my smogs and some repair work done at Underhood for years. Thanks again Jamie and Team.

Been going to this company for years and they always do and excellent job ! Very friendly customer service
Savannah said that she grew up having to sit and wait for the vehicle to get smogged with her parents and she hated that. She stated that she wants to pull up, get in and get out and move on with her life, and that getting a smog with this business is no stress, no mess.
We found this shop when my friend's battery failed. No other shop could get us in that day even though she'd be stranded every time she's stopped her engine. They were busy but still got her taken care of in less than a half an hour for a very fair price. I took my Honda in for a smog check. Got me in same day and less money than three other shops quoted me. They're fast, friendly, and very fair priced. I couldn't be happier with Underhood Automotive.
Ken at Underhood was very flexible in scheduling my appointment, the employees were very pleasant and thorough with the smog test. They were professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business.
