This is an update to my post last week. Dave responded promptly and told me he reviewed my invoice and agreed no haz mat fee should have been charged. He said as a matter of good will he was going to refund all charges. I told him I didn't think that was warranted and certainly not expected. He insisted and said when his people make an error in billing that he makes it right as his business is built on honesty and integrity. Today I received a check for the entire bill I had paid which amounted to almost 500.00. This meant Dave absorbed all his labor costs and even paid for the part. I was shocked to say the least. Dave does not just give lip service about running an honest business. He deserves more than 5 stars.
