The wrong glass was ordered twice. The technician came out, removed the glass and realized that the new glass was not right. Unfortunately the old glass had already been removed from the vehicle. This was on a very bad expensive Lincoln Continental. The Technician was very polite and apologetic, but he had no choice to wrap plastic over the opening and wait for new glass. I got a phone call the next day from the technician saying that the reordered glass was in, but that this too was wrong. After this, glass was apparently sourced from a different vendor and the repair finally made. The vehicle sat for 2 days unusable and unsecured with plastic wrap over the rear opening. The installation appears to be fine, but this was NOT a good experience. A refund of the $250 deductible seems to be in order.
