Service and Quality
I've been a customer of Twin for quite some time now. I have a great appreciation for Twin. In today's world, the quality of parts, even reputable companies, can be hit or miss. Twin often takes heat for issues that are completely out of their control. Despite this, Twin has stood behind their work 100% with integrity and professionalism, no questions asked. This is a testament that Twin takes pride in their workmanship, and genuinely wants their customers to leave satisfied.
I respect the honesty, work ethic, integrity, and willingness to make things right - even when the root of the problem isn't Twins fault. Good customer service and especially accountability are hard to find these days, and Twin consistently delivers both.
