The dealership (Genesis of Irvine) did an excellent job during the sales and delivery process.
The sales person we dealt with (Chi Lim) was very professional and courteous. He spent a good deal of time explaining the many technological aspects of the vehicle. My wife and I could sense he was genuinely interested in helping us navigate the process to us driving off their lot.

Great experience
Not much to say, everyone was very helpful especially my salesman Kenneth. He went above and beyond to help me find the exact car I wanted. I bought a genesis GV70 and available cars across the country are very limited right now with all the supply issues but he still did great. Knowledgeable and took plenty of time showing me the insane amount of features this car has after I bought it. Nothing much more to say.

Wonderful Experience
Overall satisfied with the whole process. Chi was patient through the whole process showing me different vehicles that I wanted to see, before I made a call for the lease. Explained various features with ease and made me comfortable with the product. Finance and Admin did not take much time, so all in all it was cool process.

Amazing Service
5-star experience all around! I just recently went through Tuttle-Click to lease a Genesis and I was extremely happy with the service from start to finish. So many people were involved to directly make my experience smooth and seamless. Even the general manager made sure that I was taken care of. Blair and Rami made sure I got the exact car I wanted, and William took extra time to explain all the functions of my new car. Definitely a pleasant experience overall, and I will be sending all my friends and family here.

Tuttle Click's first 2021 G80 sale
I have been waiting for this new model of the G80 to arrive in the U.S. because, from everything I'd read, it was a huge step forward in terms of technology, comfort and style. In asking around at the various Genesis Dealerships, I was finding that most of them were tacking on an additional $5000+ to their sticker price because this car was in so much demand. Not Tuttle Click and not the terrific salesperson I had, Alex Akhavan. Alex was gracious and helpful and made no effort to gouge me on the price. And he could have since there is a long line of people waiting for this incredible vehicle. Kudos to Alex and Tuttle Click.
