Charged for wiper blade that was never done
My wife brought my daughters 2019 Kona in for service. Along with the almost $3000 service cost they informed my wife the front and rear wipers needed replacing. The charge was and extra $78 for all three. She drove it home and the wipers were the original that were hanging off and split. When I called the individual claimed "I don't know how that could happen"... I have images if anyone wants to call me a liar...
