Had taken my car to two other highly rated auto shops with an AC issue. One of them couldn't diagnose the problem. The other diagnosed the problem as being related to something that had not ever been an issue. Took the car to Allen and his team at Turn4 Auto based on a recommendation from a friend and they knocked it out of the park! They discovered that the amount of freon needed for the car was listed wrong in a mechanic's guide that most auto shops use versus the amount required printed on the engine of the car. The tag that listed the proper amount was covered in dirt so we know the other shops hadn't looked at it. The other shops I had been to had most likely added The amount of freon listed in the guide which was causing the AC compressor to shut down. Allen and his team diagnose the problem and I now happily have freezing cold AC. On top of that his team did the front brakes, axle and hoses which in total was significantly less expensive than both other shops. This is a highly experienced team of guys who love to work on cars and you do the work at a fair price. My whole experience with everyone at the shop was positive, friendly and I now have an automotive team that I will highly recommend to everyone I know and implicitly trust! Excellent customer service, great knowledge base reasonable prices, always there to help you out. They won't do work that doesn't need to be done yet, but will help you track it for the future. I've sent several friends and they've always been pleased.
Turn 4 always takes good care of me. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and they stand by their work. I'm always treated like I'm their only customer which shows they value me. That's extremely rare these days when dealing with a business that die really need your money. Oh yeah, their prices are more than competitive.
I have four vehicles that I take to turn 4 for the past 4-years I wouldn’t keep going back if they didn’t stand behind the quotes and the professional employees that do the work and the free coffee!
I will make this place my new regular place. Customer service was great. Expectation of time was clear. I went in unannounced ( I do recommend a call ahead as parts need to be ordered sometimes) and left the same day 4 hours later. Not pushy at all for sales, there were other things to fix but did not feel pressure into fixing them .It was a very transparent, pleasant and easy transaction, and I was told what was urgent to fix versus what it wasn't .Price is reasonable, no add ons.This is a local business , so might have to wait until the person is done with the last customer/or phone call but he gets right back with you I see this as a plus, I dont need a business to pay extra salary for customer service employees or departments and then have to mark up the price to you to compensate. It was a great experience and will be going back.
My boyfriend and I both brought our cars here to get fixed and have oil changed. The guys here were very helpful direct and took care of everything we needed. They never tried to sell us more than what we needed and did a thorough job of ensuring our cars were safe to drive. They were also pretty quick all things considered that needed to get done on our cars would definitely recommend and will for sure come back for my next car.
