Very Professional and Helpful

I asked Brian and his team to work with me addressing the known valve issues in the Ford 10R80 transmission (2018 F-150). I asked Brian to install a third-party replacement valve body he was not familiar with. We discussed the project and his interest to work with me. He accepted and did the replacement. He took the time to call the third-party company to get technical details and took the extra time to ensure 'he' was comfortable returning my truck to me. He also asked me to bring the truck back in to inspect their work and to get an update on the transmission. Transmission Sales and Service came highly recommended, and I concur. This is my second experience working with them, and both times they have provided excellent customer service.
