Spoke with Timothy. He said he called them before they took the transmission off to ask them to replace the rear main seal. They said they would do it for an extra $100 but it never got done. Now if he has to go back and replace the rear main seal, it will cost him $1,000 instead of the extra $100 they told him. He was happy with the overall work there.
