Excellent knowledge of automobiles of all makes.
Once Matthew isolated the A/C problem, he rechecked it and found a better fix for it. They all are working to give the best care for all of our cars. It’s the best and only pro shop in town!

Battery replacement
My battery died without warning. I called Spectrum and they confirmed a replacement was in stock. Once I had the car jumped off and I delivered it to them, I was in and out within 30 minutes.

AC Repair
I recently brought my Honda Pilot to Spectrum Automotive for an A/C issue, and while we discovered that the compressor was out—something currently beyond my budget to repair—I still had a truly positive experience. The team went above and beyond to investigate the problem thoroughly and gave me honest, straightforward feedback every step of the way.

What really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I especially appreciated the time and fellowship shared with Matthew—it made the whole process feel less overwhelming. As a woman who isn’t very familiar with the ins and outs of car repairs, it meant a lot to be treated with respect and guided through everything with such care. It’s comforting to know there’s a trustworthy local mechanic shop like this in our community. Highly recommend!

Prompt service. Well prepared. Received on time. Willingness to engage customer with regards to possible causes for the automobile’s mechanical problems. Very reasonable pricing. Did not try to inflate the causes to increase cost. A overall pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Replaced tire sensor
Spectrum replaced a tire sensor in about 30 minutes. They’ve been extending the life of my minivan for years with excellent service and experienced mechanics who get it right the first time. I always feel safe recommending Spectrum to others because of their good work and honesty.

Perfect again
Took in my Pontiac for an oil change, she did a great job with that then she spent extra time putting machines on it to try and figure out why the engine light is on. They came up with a solution one that they can do $$ and one I can do myself and see if that works just as well. They never force you to do anything and they don’t make things up, they just fix what’s wrong. Been with Spectrum since 2009.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Great Job !
