This dealership is the bane of my existence. After purchasing my car from them nearly a year ago, I have experienced hell. I don’t understand how they are still in business. They have dropped the ball more times than I can count at this point. Most recently, they scratched my car door during regular service and after approaching them, they have ghosted me. During my car buying experience, they provided me several wrong time frames of when my car would arrive, they told me my car was ready, I showed up to pick it up and the car had the wrong VIN. They sent a short payoff for my previous car. I could go on and on about the misery this dealership has caused and would not recommend it to anyone. As someone who works in the Quality Assurance field, I find the behavior of all employees of this dealership horrendous. It is clear that they have no regard for customer satisfaction and I would advise anyone looking to purchase a car to steer clear of Toyota Bountiful. I will give them credit for attempting to make things right by offering a few free services but upon taking advantage of those services, I have ended up with more disappointment than relief!
