10/10 would recommend this facility for repair work. They did an excellent job on the repairs, you can’t tell there was any body work done. They were good at communicating estimated timelines on completion throughout the whole process- unfortunately there were some delays resulting from global supply chain issues, but Valley Collision readily provided the information and dates that they had. I had a couple of issues arise after picking up my vehicle, and they had me bring it back in (no appointment required) and fixed everything in a timely fashion, free of charge. I had originally had some concerns on the extent of repairs that I needed done, given the electronic and technical features of my Outback, but they did a great job. I’m very pleased with the work that they did.
The folks at Valley Collision - 25th South did an outstanding job repairing the front end of my Subaru after a collision with a deer. The staff is helpful and understanding and the work done was superb. They underpromised and overdelivered with having my car ready well before it was due. Thanks so much!
