Overcharged and stil had issues!!!! $2700

I came in with a 2015 VW Jetta TDI. I developed a coolant leak and required immediate attention, I was also working out of town. When I dropped the car off I was not given a loaner, I was told they had none available so I had to wait until one of the guys I work with could puck me up. After 5 days was told the car was done and they wanted to do a coolant flush since the coolant I needed to put in apparently was not compatible even though the bottle claimed to be for BMW and VW. I asked hiw much the bill was and I was told $2700 and another $400 if I wanted them to do a coolant flush. I said no to the coolant flush since they should have done that while working on the waterpump. After picking up the car I popped the hood and realized they never actually topped off my coolant, the reservoir was low, so I went back inside and was told they could not give me any antifreeze for my car even though THEY WORKED ON IT AND NEVER REFILLED THE COOLANT later I discovered the reservoir itself was not bolted down. I ended up taking my car to another dealer where I live and they flushed the coolant for $150 and told me they only charge $1500 for the waterpump and timing chain. I fully recommend avoiding this place and going somewhere else if possible. I went to J. Bertolet Volkswagen in Orwigsburg Pa

Lisa is great!

I just wanted to take time to commend Lisa Martin in the service department for her great customer service! Lisa is great at getting you in on time and taking care of you, without making you feel “rushed “. She made sure that I understood everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. She was also spot on with the time estimate for the repair! She makes me feel like an important customer, even though I am only there once, or twice a year. Her attention to detail, and people are excellent. Towne Volkswagen is very blessed to have her.

VW Atlas work completed quickly.

Brianna understood that my Service appointment was both important and time sensitive. I needed one service item completed and another issue tested and diagnosed before leaving on a holiday road trip. Both were completed in time!
Thanks to Bri, Lisa, Parts Dept & my VW tech(s). Hopefully only see you in 1 year or 10k miles, whichever comes first. :)

Great Customer Service

First time bringing my car for service at Towne VW and I had a great experience. Setting up the appointment was super easy online. Once I got to the dealership the staff was extremely nice and polite and got me set up. They offered drinks and snacks and a nice waiting area. They also dropped me off at home and picked me up with their shuttle service. My service advisor was Lisa and she is a great person and very nice. The Shuttle drive was Johnny and he was the nicest guy and we had a great conversation both rides. Customer service is a very important thing when I go to a dealership for anything. I am really glad with Towne's customer service and attitude. Lisa and Johnny are great assets to Towne. I will definitely keep going to Towne for all my VW needs. Thank you!!
