Took my car in for an inspection on Saturday April 4th, 2026. They called to say it passed but needed an oil change, I gave the go ahead. After picking my car up, I got home and noticed my windshield was cracked the whole length of my car. I called first thing Monday morning and several times after that asked for The manager of the service Dept Mark G. He never returned my call so I showed up there Friday April 10th and said I would like to see him. After looking at my windshield he said even if it happened here, it was from a stone chip, not our fault. He was very nasty and intimidating and said you have zero deductible glass coverage right, almost yelling at me. I said that's not the point, they clearly broke my windshield while servicing it, and never said anything to me. Customer service is everything. He could have said we value you as a customer, how about a free oil change or something to make it right? I've bought a few cars from Towne, but unfortunately being treated so poorly from Mark G, I will not return.
