I’ve never received such piss-poor customer service: they consistently over-committed and under-delivered, missed every single stated deadline, provided “creative truths”, gave excuses at every turn - all without accepting responsibility for damage to my vehicle while it sat in their care for over three months.
I would highly advise you to consider your options - I will never give this shop any more of my business, and I wouldn’t trust them to fill my tires with air. On top of all this, they spam snail mail me several times a week. Just…no.
