I took my truck to them because my engine was vibrating and my check engine light was flashing. They called and told me that I needed a tune-up and that it would cost $800.34. When they called me and said my truck was ready for pickup, the engine was still vibrating. They suggested that the timing chain was stretched or that the catalytic converter was plugged and to bring my truck back in. I thought I should get a second opinion and it turned out that they put the spark plug wires in wrong. When I told them this and said they should refund me for the labor costs, they said "NO" and offered me an in-store credit of $50.00. REALLY?? NO THANKS!!
