Fantastic, friendly, helpful!
I had initially reached out to Tony Edwards' office when I was relocating to Washington and needed a rental insurance policy for my new residence. I mentioned I would eventually want to transfer my car insurance as well, but then I forgot to follow up. Fortunately, Marcie took the time to reach out, and we were able to take care of everything by email! I really appreciate the flexibility and multiple avenues of communication.
