Amazing
This office has been my family's insurance since 1968. Tony took over from the previous people and has maintained the level of service we've always appreciated. His staff is wonderful and always responds quickly to any questions.

Excellent experience
I’ve been looking for an insurance in Everett area and I came across Tony Edward. I had lots of insurance question and the receptionist Sofia was so helpful made it so much easier. 10/10 experience!

Kind, helpful and reliable!
My family has been using Tony Edward’s office for years for auto and renters insurance. Everyone has always been helpful and accommodating. They even salvaged my once in a life time backpacking trip around the World when my backpack with all my belongings were stolen in a foreign country. I was devastated and thought my trip was over until I called Tony Edwards and they informed me my belonging were covered under my renters insurance! They helped me navigate the process while I was still overseas and truly saved my trip. Thank you to everyone at the office!

Fantastic, friendly, helpful!
I had initially reached out to Tony Edwards' office when I was relocating to Washington and needed a rental insurance policy for my new residence. I mentioned I would eventually want to transfer my car insurance as well, but then I forgot to follow up. Fortunately, Marcie took the time to reach out, and we were able to take care of everything by email! I really appreciate the flexibility and multiple avenues of communication.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a tree come down on my house recently, so as you can imagine it is quite stressful. Marcie is so caring and helpful. She checked in with me a couple times a week to make sure my claim was moving forward. Not only that, she wanted to make sure I was okay. Thank you so much for being so amazing!

State Farm. Tony Edwards
Excellent individual service. I know they will be there If I have to make a claim and that they will walk me through any thing needed. I have sent an email on a Saturday with a non urgent question. I had an answer Sunday. You actually talk to a person. Prices have gone down and service up. Marcie is fantastic. They are all great

Great agents
I've been with Tony Edwards State Farm Insurance for about nine years or so with coverage for my home and vehicle. Been extremely pleased with their helpfulness and recommend them to anyone seeking a good, solid insurance agent.

Saved us lots of money!
I am so thankful for our insurance! Carolyn Heston has been amazing and helped us so much since we first bought our home. She has been great with explaining everything to us and taking the time to educate us on what insurance we need. We just had to file our first claim and the process was so smooth. We were informed that our basic insurance did not cover the event but Carolyn had written in specific coverage for an instance like this. We had no idea that she had gone above and beyond and it ended up saving us almost $10,000. We could not be more grateful!

Thank you for taking the time to write this.  I get several calls about Carolyn and the rest of the team but it is great when someone takes the time to put it in a review.  Also I am glad you trusted Carolyn's advice when you started your policy with us and added that coverage, or maybe she just included it in the quote, but regardless, it is smart to have that additional coverage.  We do our best to educate customers and make sure they are protected the way they need to be.

Tony is a great agent. Even though we hsve moved to Arizona His staff has been thete5 for us to answer any questions. Tony also referred us to a good agent down here which was very helpful. I highly recommend his office to anyone n need of a great ins agent
