Good Cars BAD Service Department
Our Hyundai needed an oil change and new break pads. Our appointment was scheduled a month in advance for 10:30. We had the car there by 10:10, they finally took my wife's car into the garage at 12:30. While I was working from my office my wife called me to let me know about her frustration. When I called the Service Department, the phone conversation began and ended with this "Hello, Titus-Will Hyundai service department, may I put you on hold". This frustrating at a level I cant explain. Because of this, we will no longer be purchasing Hyundai. This was our 2 Palisade and our 4th Hyundai we've had in our 24 years of marriage. Again, sad but true, we won't be purchasing any more Hyundai.

Buyer beware, the vehicles are great (new vehicles are all we have experience with). But, if you are like us and prefers to have all maintenance and repair done at an actually Hyundai garage... this isn't the place for you!

My Used Auto purchase experience at Titus-Will Hyundai Olympia
I don’t buy cars very often but usually dread the stress and time involved. We were very fortunate to have a very honest, resourceful and helpful sales person. Tyler Gibbs went to great lengths to make it easy to buy our new to us vehicle. He addressed every concern we had about the vehicle. He also did not waste our time with the negotiation process which most of us all dread. Within just a few minutes an agreed price was reached and the process was put in motion. He also was a great communicator when we had follow up questions to the vehicle. If you are looking for a less stressful experience searching for your next ride, Tyler Gibbs at Titus -Will Hyundai will serve you well.

Awesome experience buying new Santa Fe Calligraphy!
Buying a new car can be stressful, especially if you're trading, and I 'never' look forward to it. But I have to say, our recent purchase of a 2023 Santa Fe was the exception to the rule. All thanks to young salesperson named Tyler Gibbs. Tyler has a very special way about him that seems to take all the pressure and anxiety out of the experience. We weren't initially sure if we were ready to trade our older Santa Fe Sport but wanted to take a look at the newer models. When we drove onto the Titus-Will lot, Tyler came over, introduced himself, and asked how he could help. He was a wealth of knowledge, answering all our questions - even the ones we didn't know to ask! Not once did he pressure us or try to get us to take a test drive (which we weren't ready for). Wow, what a breath of fresh air! I took Tyler's contact info and told him we'd talk it over get back to him we knew what we wanted to do. A couple of days later I texted Tytler, telling him we wanted to come in and see what kind of deal we could make on the white Calligraphy we'd seen earlier. To my amazement, Tyler actually made what is normally a stressful negotiating process...well, downright pleasant! I'll normally come ready to haggle back and forth until I'm plumb worn out, but that just wasn't necessary this time. Tyler was upfront and honest from the beginning, and we were able to come to an equitable and fair agreement in short order. My wife and I were simple blown away! I made a point of speaking to the sales manager afterwards, telling him how pleased we were with Tyler and the entire experience. We got a car we just love and a new friend to boot. I don't see how you can beat a deal like that! If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend that you visit Titus Will Hyundai and for SURE ask for Tyler Gibbs.

Get a 2nd opinion
The potential to screw people over is high. I took my vehicle in for a recommended recall for the engine knock sensor. Previously I had no issues with my vehicle. I was hesitant because of the theory "don't fix what isn't broken". I wish I would have went with my gut and left it alone. Fast forward a month, on the highway going 70+ with my children, my car goes into "limp mode". Here I am in the passing lane and wham no power. I was able to pull off the road and turn the vehicle off. I recovered but the vehicle never ran the same again. It started burning oil and would lose power on hills. After waiting close to two months I was able to get it in for diagnosis in January of 2023. I explained the issues, loss of power, no pull on hills, and the issue with it burning oil. After $189 the nice lady came to me and told me my vehicle needed a catalytic converter at the great price of $3400. Hesitant I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to a local muffler man, he tested it, drove it, and came back with the news it wasn't the catalytic converter. So I took it to get it diagnosed at a local repair shop. He drove it, tested the catalytic converter, and hooked a transmission reader up to find out that the transmission was bad. $1400 in parts and $1500 in labor later a new transmission is in. I am absolutely astounded that I could have potentially paid $3400 for a catalytic converter to find out that it was the transmission!! One, a generic catalytic converter online is around $200, had I had the muffler man replace it I would have been out $600 for parts and labor. Two, I was not aware at the time I made the appointment I would be required to pay $189 for diagnosis. Three, the diagnosis had no bearing on the real issue that was going on with my vehicle. Transmissions are the number one issue with Hyundai vehicles. A smart person can get online and see the complaints all while Hyundai sweeps it under the rug. DO NOT TRUST the dealership when it comes to diagnosing your vehicle. Go get a second opinion from a reputable repair facility. They depend on your money to feed their families and understand the value of getting their customer's vehicles back on the road. I will be coming for my money back and looking into other resources to make sure that my cost is covered for my new transmission and labor!
I would like to also add my review has nothing to do with the counter workers, outside of the issue with the cost of diagnosis they were amazing.

This place needs a complete turnover
My mom purchased a vehicle from Titus will, this is her 4th vehicle from this location. She received a recall notice in regards to electrical issues with the lights. They suddenly stopped working and she is unable to drive her vehicle in the morning because the lights are not bright enough to see the road. Titus will gave us an appointment in late October and when we asked to possibly move the appointment up or get a loaner car, we were told, "everyone has problems," and that all of their rentals were broken. This is absolution unacceptable. When asked to speak to a manager, we were stone walled. The service department evaded our questions. The GM and other management here should be fired.

Blindsided.
You're smaller loop center told me that my maintenance cost was going to be far less than when it actually was when I arrived at the service center. And I was led to believe that I had lifetime oil changes for my vehicle but with an asterix. The mix of requiring maintenance for my supposed lifetime oil changes with inconsistent quotes in the cost have made me not trust you. I've already started buying my next car elsewhere.

Recall engine
Terry was very helpful
Had to have my Tucson towed in . As it died on freeway. Terry know about recall on engine before I got my notice from Hyundai . Terry was able to get me into a rental car while mine was in shop. Just took a very long time 4 months to finally get it done do to supply shortages.

Not recommended
Good luck ever getting to speak with someone if you try calling. I get service departments are struggling for help right now, but the voice mailbox is always full, no one answers, and no one calls to communicate status of your vehicle.

A reliable place to maintain your car
Their scheduling to fix your car is always on time. Final maintenance is so reliable that I didn’t have to see them for the same problem addressed again. They are my shop as long as I own Hyundai cars.
