Tanya said she had to call them but when she called them she was given good information. Her new rim wasn't put on for her, she was called immediately after she left and was told the new rim was still sitting in the office and the old rim had been put on. She had to carve out two hours out of her schedule to go back in, which was inconvenient for her, she was told it would take fifteen minutes but it ended up taking over an hour. She chose this facility because she wanted manufacturer quality with factory parts.
