Customer said they were awesome and the pricing was great. He was referred by a Safelife vendor. The person that helped him was incredible, efficient, the communication was great, as well as the customer service.

Maria said she mentioned a minor thing that she wanted fixed but she wasn't sure if they were made aware of it because it wasn't fixed, and she now has to bring the vehicle back. She did say that the body work was done perfectly, though. She only had contact with the person who wrote the estimate. She chose this facility because she had work done there a year ago and they did such a good job that she went back to them, and also asked to work with the same person as before.

Richard said he had to take his vehicle back in because they did not put the clip back on. They called him at the last minute and told him that they needed to keep his vehicle longer. He would have liked to been informed earlier that at the very end of the day because he had to scramble to find another vehicle because he wasn't expecting them to keep it longer. Everyone was friendly, he was just disappointed they kept his vehicle longer than what they said they would.
