I apologize for the confusion, but I want to assure you that we did not allow a customer who is late for their appointment go ahead of you, a customer that was early. The reason for your wait was that we only have one alignment rack and there was another alignment we were finishing up before your appointment time. Occasionally, we are able to accept customers who are late for their appointments, but that is up to the discretion of the owner. Again, I apologize for any confusion due to the situation.
