Made an appointment for an oil change. Showed up at the agreed upon time and date only to find a rumpled, unshaven unclean individual sitting at the computer to be told “ oil change? Really?” The next comment was “ we’re so far behind, I don’t know”. It was at that point I determined that this good ol boy just didn’t need my money, so I left. Ended up at Big O , was ushered right in and at a price that was $20 less than Storm’s quote.
I realize the small town atmosphere breeds indifference but storms attitude is totally unprofessional.
