Long overdue Jeep service
My 2005 Jeep had not had much servicing for past few years, check engine light came on, even oil drain plug was loose.
The guys at Doug's were helpful, knowledgeable on Jeep issues and caught some potential issues that would have caused engine damage later. even fixed some rodent damage to my wiring harness. They suggested some future repairs, didn't try to pressure me to do it all now.
Final bill was not cheap, but it wasn't exorbitant either, especially considering the many issues they corrected.
I was so pleased, I scheduled my Ram pickup for servicing immediately after Jeep was done.
Well done gentlemen!

Solid service for a fair price!
I usually wait a bit before leaving a review to ensure that everything is good. I came for a simple CVT transmission oil change. The wait time was snappy and I had zero issues. And I feel the cost was fair as well! Thanks y'all for the speedy and easy experience!

Very happy with their efforts to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
They were able to get me in three weeks sooner than anyone within 40 miles of me. The moved as fast as possible to get the programmer in to fix a GMC transmission issue and I am extremely happy with their communication and follow through. Highly recommend them!

Leak in front differential
Doug's was recommended by a local auto repair place and Darren was willing to take a look, identify a possible leak location, and recommend a trial fix he thought would work vs a hugely expensive repair. He got the parts cleaned and dried over time, looked at it again after a few days of driving, re-identified the exact spot of the leak and performed a drain of fluid and re-seal of the case and bolt to stop the leak. A fairly simple solution instead of a complicated repair. It was great to find a place willing to earn my trust through a common sense solution combined with technical expertise. Thanks to Darren and the Doug's personnel who helped keep our '06 high mileage Highlander in the family.
