Unbelievably slow
This is the second time I've come for the "complimentary service". Each time I got an appointment first thing in the morning, and both times was told it might take around 2 hours. Each time was over four hours. For an oil change. I wouldn't mind it so much if I had time to kill, but I have two children under 2 years old and my wife and I both work. The most recent time I asked the status of my car because I had to pick up my daughter at noon. Service managers flipped my file and had "lost" who was supposed to be working on it. They hadn't even started in two hours. I'm not impressed with their service department at all. I'll spend the $30 to do a full synthetic oil change myself and save about 3.5 hours.
