Poor Performance
This company shouldn't be in the business. The manager is very poor
in managing & doesn't know what he's doing. The employees are very unprofessional & scattered . My sister went to buy a car & believed that the car was available & when she got there the people who work there don't know which car that my sister was looking after telling her that it's ready . They're bunch of stupid people & the manager was very incompetent & same with the employees. It's just horrible ! Later my sister was told that the car was not available ! Wow! They're kind of just playing games with their customers ! They can't be trusted & this has to be resolved or the upper management should change the whole crew. It's frustrating & very disappointing!

What kind of business does Gosch Hyundai run there??? When my daughter bought her car she specifically told the sales team, I DO NOT WANT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY...why then when she signed the paper work with finance dept did sales add the warranty???
YES she should have payed closer attention to what she was signing but when you tell someone you DO NOT want some thing then sales NEEDS TO PAY ATTENTION or maybe they did and didn't care thinking this is a woman and I can get one over on her. I know they want the most commission they can get but to deliberately falsify paperwork?????
The finance officers only adds what sales gives them, so the Gosch sales people had NO RIGHT to add on a warranty that was denied.
She was able to cancel the warranty, along with the gap insurance but it was prorated and she had to cover the cost of cancelling it. She should NOT have had to pay ANYTHING since it was Gosch SALES PEOPLE who did the dirty deed...
And I'm sure when or if Gosch looks into this the sales person might say "she didn't refuse it" so it comes down to he said/she said... but in this case it's he said/they said!!! I was there when she bought the car and we even discussed the issue of an extended warranty. SHE SAID NO...
