They took care of my old workhorse honda's broken AC unit, completely restoring it. They said I could bring it back should anything not end up working. The day after I drove it home, the AC stopped working again. I took it back and they not only gave me a brand new unit and put in a few hours work at no extra cost. They were courteous, true to their word, and my AC works like a dream!
