She had a rat inside her car, it was in the blower motor, which we removed and cleaned. Once cleaned the blower was installed and it was not working, so needed to check the power found 2 fuses blown. Installed new fuses and the blower would not shut off. Needed to further diagnose and found that the blower motor resistor was faulty which we had to take out and install a new one. The labor was only for removing the blower motor, blower motor resistor, checking fuses and cleaning the blower motor. No extra parts or labor was charged it was charged according to what it pays to do those items. This negative review is not fair and should be changed.
