Very accommodating
You get what you pay for, I guess!
They are much more expensive than other places, but they have very skilled people who know what they’re doing, and communicate very well to keep customers informed.

Rattling/Grinding Noise Diagnosed
My visit to Thrust was positive and informative - Mike and his team were very helpful. I got my issue diagnosed involving my Honda Civic and found out it was due for an oil change (I didn’t think it was due yet). I was hearing a grinding/rattling noise coming from the engine/passenger side area so I was concerned something was wrong with the engine/timing chain. When I went to Honda a few months ago when the problem started and mentioned the concern to them - reason I went was to repair my defective A/C condenser under warranty - they had told me it was my Timing Chain after running a diagnostic, but didn’t explain why it was making the rattling/grinding noise. That left me unsettled and thinking I was going to be out $1-2k to get it replaced.

Mike and his team took a look and discovered my oil was low and that was the likely reason for the noise. As a result of this, Mike and his team recommended an oil change to prevent the noise from continuing to worsen, and make sure the oil was at the correct level. Turns out the car is using more oil than it should be since my last oil change was just about 5k miles ago, and the oil level was extremely low. Current mileage is 132k miles / Make/Model - 2016 Honda Civic. Recommendation by the Thrust team is to monitor my oil level and keep up with oil changes more frequently, less than the recommended 7,500 mile gap between changes. Their expertise at Thrust saved me a lot of money had I went through Honda, as they may have replaced my entire Timing Chain ignoring the main issue in the way the oil level is affecting the performance of the engine, avoiding a catastrophic issue for the car. For 132k miles, I’d like to get another 2+ years and another 50k+ miles. Thanks to Thrust, I might be able to. Thanks for the help guys!
