Karla said this was her second time at this business this year and the process went smoothly from the beginning to getting the vehicle back. She said they were efficient. Her vehicle was not returned in a clean condition only because she arrived there earlier to pick it up. They did offer to do a detail on the vehicle but it was her decision to leave because she had to pick up her son.

Stephen said he has had several vehicles repaired by the facility in the past so he had walked in to get an estimate on a repair. He was disappointed to learn that there is an appointment program and he would have to make a scheduled return appointment to have the estimate prepared. There was no promise time given for the vehicle to be completed in. His insurance carrier had called him and told him he would have to turn in his rental so he went to the facility to check on his vehicle. At that time he was told to keep the rental and they would pay for the overage. The facility delivered the vehicle to his home at 8:30 pm the same night.

Jeffrey said they told him they would call him on two separate occasions about the schedule of the repairs but they never called him. He stated he had to initiate the calls with the business and when they answered, they informed him he should have been contacted already. He said there is a problem with his vehicle that he is going to return to the business to address with them. He stated that the gate to the bed of his vehicle cannot independently hold itself up. He said everything was fine except for those previous stated issues.

Spoke with Bruce. He said this business was excellent from start to finish. They were unable to get him in for a week and a half, but there was damage to the rear window and he was afraid that would cause more damage due to the rain. They asked him to be there at 11, when he got there everything was ordered. When he arrived for his appointment they were ready for him and put plastic over the back window so no rain would get in. He had to wait for the parts and was still going to use the vehicle so that was extremely important. They bent over backwards for him. When his daughter picked up the vehicle there was glass still in the carpet in the back. The representative went overboard, took it back and spent a half-hour more vacuuming and making sure everything was cleaned up. The paint matched and everything was perfect. A part was supposed to be on order but he may have not heard correctly. Katie, an employee, contacted him and the part had not been ordered so she put in the order immediately. Everything was taken care of, the staff was polite, courteous and very professional. They were the best and if all businesses were as professional it would be a better place.

Kathleen said this business were very pleasant and the work was fine, but she thought 2 weeks was too long for the repairs her vehicle needed. They promised to have her vehicle ready in 2 weeks, but they took an extra 5 days, and they did not give her a reason for the delay.

Kristin said the repairs are good. She stated they handled the repair well, but there is one little piece of the body work that they are not completely satisfied with. The front fender is not aligned with the hood and fender on the other side. She said the insurance, Safeco, was not very clear in their communication. They received the cash and they thought the business was turning in the receipts to the insurance, but insurance sent them the money instead of paying the bills. Now they have to take the money to Thoroughbred.
