The service from Thomas E. Brown was excellent. They assessed the damage online and provided an estimate. Scheduling was very easy. The work included body repair, sensor replacement and calibration and replacement of the installed hitch. All work was done with excellent results. The repair was completed inthe time frame original given. The staff were very friendly to work with.

They kept me informed of the status of the repairs as they moved through the process.
Due to a delay in getting 2 small parts, which is understandable, I will have to take it back to finish the work.
Overall, I’m very pleased !
