Purchased a new golf cart.
I recommend The Car (Cart) Guys because they were very patient with me and knowledgeable. I had numerous questions and they were more than willing to even search the internet and call previous customers to answer my questions.
My salesperson was "Ribeye" whom I highly recommend as well. He was very informative, patient, and went with me on several test drives of different carts. The owner and Ribeye went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and at a very fair price too! So far...I love the cart...cruising the neighborhood with my dogs every night. I have had many comments on what a nice looking golf cart it is. I think so too.

Beware
Never again!!! Got a 2013 Hyundai Sonata last Friday 3/26/21 and on the way home my husband noticed that one of the tail lights was out. Okay cool really not a big deal but than the car had smoke coming from the exhaust. So we turned back around to go back to the lot they told my husband that they put sea foam in their cars to clean the engine. But that we could bring the car back the next day so they could change the tail light. Later that evening I'm reading the paper work their trying to sell the car for over 25 000 mind you its a 2013!! Mike the finance guy never went over interest rates just rushed through the process!! They ran my credit through 5 or 6 lienholders without even telling me I was pissed so Saturday comes and the car is still smoking. We take the car back because I just want my $1500 back I put down on the car. My money was suppose to be deposited back into my account. On Saturday it showed it was pending but Sunday it disappeared here it is Monday my money still isn't back in my account I called my bank they said they don't see anything pending but if it's not back in my account tomorrow to give them a call and will go from there.

Golf cart purchase
From the drive in, the paperwork and delivery everyone involved gave top notch service. Very polite, friendly and professional. They even loved our dog! We definitely recommend anyone interested in purchasing a golf cart or car visit these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I like to try and spend locally and I was ready too... we agreed on a deal and when I was signing my paperwork about to hand them cash the finance guy decided to change the deal, most likely to make more money. But where I come from you make a deal you stand by it... period

Never Again!!!!!
Purchasing experience was pleasant enough but then 2 weeks later the salesman called and says my loan didn't go thru but for a higher payment and more money down I could keep the car. Fortunately my WIFE called the bank and fixed the problem. 3 weeks later the car would not start. Had it towed to their shop and after a few days I was informed they checked the fuse and relay and it will cost $850 to change fuel pump. Felt that was to high and no customer loyalty was being offered I chose to pull it out of their shop and check it myself. After changing the fuse (that had a hole in it) and a new relay the car started just fine. Cost me
1 1/2 hr and $85. $35 for the fuse. Absolutely will not ever recommend for a purchase or repairs

Find your Car Somewhere ELSE
After a woman runs a red light and leaves me without a vehicle, and a broken ankle (plus multiple other injuries) I have 2 days to get a car. The Car Guys sell me a 2004 Kia Sorento for $3500. I can't pick it up until 2 days later leaving only 1 day left for the Florida Lemon Law. Well I didn't even try to put gas in it until the light came on at just under 1/2 a tank. Then I couldn't put gas in the vehicle. They said they would fix it, but they lied and didn't fix anything. Cost for repairs = $229 for new vapor canister installation. Cost for new A/C belt= $77, cost for front break pads = $111 (pads were so bad they were about to start cutting into the rotor). They replaced the valve cover gasket but left Camshaft Plugs leaking meaning the valve cover gasket has to be removed again. Plus they replaced the bolts to the valve cover sideways making it much harder to remove the valve cover the 2nd time. All bolts had to either be cut out or re-drilled. Cost for Camshaft Plug & Valve Cover Gasket Set = $592. Cost to replace instrument cluster because gas gauge doesn't work = $225. Cost to complete tune-up(spark plugs, wire kit & boot) because they put in crappy spark plugs = $275. Total costs to get this vehicle in a trustworthy condition = $1645. Cost for new windshield (because there were rainbow scrapes across the driver's side glass) $262.50. Car = $3500 Repairs = $1907. Unless you want to invest the money making one of their cars safe to drive, shop somewhere else. This is how they treated someone (a woman) age 60 with a broken leg. Imagine how they will treat you or one of your family members.

The service
My review on The Car Guys.........
I got a 2013 Chevy Cruz, I love the car. I got it on August 23 2019. On September 9 2019 I had to take my car back to The Car Guys because my car was over heating. All they said was I had a loose RAD CAP. I told the guy that I didn’t touch the cap but he said that’s what it was. I picked my car up on September 10 2019 Keep in mind people I haven’t even made my first payment yet. On September 27 2019 my car over heated again!!! Back to The Car Guys because I have a “warranty” This time they said they replaced the RAD CAP said it was loose again and that type of RAD CAP has had an issue since January 11 2019. I picked my car up from them on September 30 2019 with it seeming to be better and not even 4 days later she over heats again!!! This time I was very upset when I called them!! The guy told me to take it to a dealership because he couldn’t help me! Thankfully I did something right and I do have another warranty through another party so they are able to cover some of the cost but this is what The Chevy Dealership said, ready for this?? My water pump leaks and not 1 but 2 hoses leak. (couldn’t find that The Car Guys?) also the Chevy people said I need a coolant flush now and a fuel injection. Don’t know what I am out of pocket yet hopefully this warranty place is better then The Car Guys warranty.

They lie to bbb and to us
ought a car from the car guys knowing they he did not have much money and my son called them to see what they had available ,they said they understood and could help him out . He found a car he like, an told him that it had no warranty . Was not too long after that the steering pump and transmission went out ,we took it back to them to fix .

After that we have gone back 3 times to have this fix . they had the car 3 weeks and did not touch it . I called to see if they were planning to do anything , I was told the owner wanted talk to him . So he and my wife took this long drive to talk to the owner , It turn out to be a lecture about contacting BBB ant that he would no longer work on our car. ( It was there repair that's warranty for 12 months).He also told my son to get two jobs if he wants a good car

( he would have never said that when we first came in) I really don't appreciate of the owner getting on soap box and insulting my family. He thinks we are the only one that gave him a bad review. I read a lot of review on BBB, face book, yelp and others and they worst then our review.

I know he would not put his own family in a car like he gave my son , I just hope somebody does not died driving one of his rat traps

Amazing service. Genuinely good people
I came here to get a vehicle I had no down payment and was in a bad place. Both Matt the car and the finance manager Amir were extremely helpful. got me a low monthly payment with no down payment with a payment plan . They also paid for my car insurance for the first month
