DAMAGED MY CAR
This place is a complete nightmare. They UNDERFILLED my CVT fluid by TWO (2) quarts and then OVERFILLED my engine oil by almost 2 quarts, which sent oil into my coolant and radiator. All of that catastrophic damage happened within 48 hours of their so-called “service.”

They didn’t just mess up — they nearly destroyed my car. Incompetent, careless, and downright dangerous.

The only reason my car isn’t totaled is because I immediately took it to the Subaru dealership, who caught their mistakes and actually knew what they were doing. Subaru fixed the “kicking” these clowns ignored.

This shop? They didn’t take responsibility, didn’t fix their mess, and didn’t care. They are butchers with wrenches.

Do yourself a favor: stay as far away from this place as possible. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity, go straight to Subaru and never look back.
