Services
I am so pleased with the services I received for both of my vehicles.
They check out the issue and sends you an invoice with findings and recommendations before any maintenance is done.
As his moto states, “ they are true to their word and it’s rare to find mechanics that are honest.
With that being said, I will continue to bring my cars to their facility.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
I brought my 2013 Jeep here last year with the problem of my serpentine belt repeatedly coming off causing other problems as well . I got it back about a week later after paying and supposedly getting “fixed” my truck still had every problem that I brought it to them with. Nothing at all had been fixed. I took it back. I received no refund instead I was asked for more money to “fix” it again. Before finding out these problems were caused by the belt coming off they thought it was the fuel pump then apologized and said they thought it was the radiator hose so I paid for a new one. The owner recommended That i buy this part for the part store and have my mobile mechanic put it on because it’d be faster and cheaper and it’s an “easy” job. So I did. After I got it put on it still had the same problems so I came back to him. I told me he didn’t want to work on my truck because he “doesn’t work behind other mechanics”. (Mind you HE recommend me to go elsewhere. This was not my idea I wanted him to put it on but he said it would take a while for the part to come to the shop) in my opinion he didn’t want the responsibility of my truck anymore, and someone else working on it would allow blame to be on them for anything not done or done wrong. He decided to work on my truck anyway. I was asked by this same shop to pay almost 500 hundred more for more labor and parts when they finally found out problems were occurring because the serpentine belt had been slipping off. I expressed to him I felt I shouldn’t have to pay again for a problem that him and his crew missed and told me was fixed. He AGREED and told me he would work with me on the cost. After all work was done I PAID ALMOST 1,000 for all labor and new parts to get my truck back WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN. I asked for a refund and never received a response. I later took my truck to a relatives mechanic and he instantly seen the problem and wondered why no one else did. This mechanic fixed my truck in TWO DAYS after receiving my truck ALL problems are gone, it drives smoothly AND I only paid $157.00

Very Bad and unprofessional service
I went in with my check engine light off and came out with my check engine light on and oil on top of my motor and an outrageous engine shake. The only services a came in for was an oil change. When I brought the car back to address the issue a mechanic told me someone must have overfill of didn't twist on your engine oil cap properly, but when I talk to the owner he insisted that the mechanic must have been mislead and it was because my car was up in age!! He proceeded to tell me that they could wipe down my spark plugs and engine but the problem would continue to happen unless I paid $500 for new spark plugs and engine valve cover gaskets! I wouldn't recommend them they are horrible and when I received an second opinion they told me that it showed signs of the oil cap not being on properly. No integrity and poor customer service at all. U better off letting Joe Blow work on your instead of these guys you'll come out better.

Good work
???Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic but someone in the shop stole my black max 3tons Jack inside of a black case from behind my passenger seat and more than $10 in quarters were removed from my center console so be careful remove anything of value from your car before having it diagnosed or leaving it unattended Showtime assured me that it was none of his guys and that he would send me video surveillance of my car and the time it was there but he failed to do so and I think it's it's a giant to a small thing yes I said it just like that because you don't need my Walmart equipment in that shop so it should disturb you that someone did that and it's funny I saw on the news the other day where a flight attended picked up someone's unattended bag and was fired because they didn't turn the bag in ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️ workers gotYou Looking bad out here Showtime ?????
