Great work for the most part
I had a broken blend door that controls the driver side heat/cold on my Cadillac SUV. After having it at 2 separate dealerships, Team One agreed to fix my issue. I was so excited and appreciative, Phillip suggested replacing the heater core and the evaporator since the box will already be apart. I totally agreed. The job took about a week. I was told that all the actuators were calibrated, But when I got the SUV back, the actuator that controls the modes did not work. I called Phillip and he said that there would be another diagnostic fee. He called me the next day saying that actuator was broken. I asked if any of the actuators were replaced and he said "No." Really?!??! Why not replace them since the box was already apart just like we did the heater coil and the evaporator? He was only going to replace the mode actuator but I asked him to replace all of them. It works as expected now.
