Several electronic and mechanical problems 2010 Altima

First time!
It was my first time here and I’m impressed! The advisors are very kind and helpful. They gave me a tour of the shop which was extremely clean. After diagnostics of my truck, their email was detailed with pictures and color coded instructions. Like this place OSS top notch. John was my advisor and his laid back and kind attitude was very nice. Thank you guys! I’ll be back!

Amazing Work!
I had been referred here by Tate Boys, and I was very amazed at the care and efficiency. Patrick had accommodated for my car to be worked on the same day, and I am forever grateful for that. The price was very reasonable, and everybody was very friendly!

I am Very Pleased
My husband drives a Defender and I drive a Range Rover Velar. We have been more than please with the service Team - One has to offer at a very reasonable price, compared to the dealership. We LOVE being able to drop the car and keys off the night before service so it is there for them to start on first thing in the morning. (They have a secure system that makes this possible.) If you choose to wait for your car the waiting area is clean and comfortable with theater seating and soft lighting. Sit back, relax and enjoy your time.
Give Patrick a call and give Team - One a shot. You won't regret it.

Stuck in Tulsa and Team-One came to the rescue
Tucson and I drove out from CA on our way to a Missouri when our truck broke down in Tulsa. Found Team-One online and called them for help. Ian, understanding our situation squeezed us in that day to look at the truck to find out what was wrong, even though they were very busy. They found the problem, a bent shield under the car, fixed it immediately and charged a fair price. We found them forthright, honest and a great repair shop. If we lived in Tulsa would definitely use them again. Hopefully next time we drive through town it will be less eventful. Thanks again Team-One

Needed Lexus service and found it!!
New to the area and my Lexus needed an oil change, so my local friends recommended Team One. It was the right thing for me to do. Team One was friendly, efficient, professional, informative and timely. Gabriel, the Team One chauffeur, was the icing on the service cake. He took me home and picked me up safely and with kindness. I will be taking my car there for service from now on.

This was a follow up appoint for service, new tires, and items identified during inspection
This appointment included replacing certain suspension components, new tires with balancing and alignment. I brought the car in for service the week before and that included spark plug wires and fuel injection service. I also have had an issue with the auto stop/start.

I didn't want to leave the car over the weekend, so I paid for the parts to be ordered and brought it back in Monday morning.

It was recommended to replace the battery because it was not running at full charge. Team-one stated that a weak battery could cause issues with the auto stop/start. This mechanism has been somewhat inconsistent from the time I bought the car brand new. I software update greatly improve the reliability, but it had not worked well for the month.

I wanted to wait a week before reviewing this service appointment.

I can say the auto stop/start has worked perfectly over the last week. This has improved my gas mileage.

We had discussed new tires. I have been using Goodyears on this car and have been happy with them even though I know they cost more than most other brands. I decided to go with Patricks recommendation and I'm very happy the new tires. With the new tires and the recent suspension work I can say the card rides as smooth as when it was new.

I'm pleased with this service.

Great service
Had a great experience with Team one automotive in Broken Arrow. Dropped car off. They took care of the car in great professional manner. Didn’t try to push extra things on to me. Recommended repairs. I will be back
