Dishonest and deceptive
I was foolish enough to place a “refundable deposit” on an IONIQ 5 to get first right of purchase. The car never came in and I have been trying to get my $1000 back for about 6 weeks now. I get nothing but evasive answers and that I have to talk to Finance Dept, who happens to be in a mtg today or just stepped out for a while. Not to worry, they will call and make the arrangements. After 3 no returns to calls and the young salesman checking down the hall to see if he’s in, it seems he just stepped out again. Funny it took the salesman 5 min to charge the $1k to my card while I stayed on the phone. Now the salesman says it’s out of his hands. So far I tell everybody I can to never buy a car from this dealership and small claims court appears to be my next option.

Dishonest and Rude
In February I purchased a 2014 kia sorento sx with a faulty sunroof. This was discovered on my way home from signing my half of the paperwork (my husband needed to go in the next day for his part). When he went in he told them the sunroof did not close and we would not be purchasing the car unless they fixed it. They (the salesperson and the billing department woman) agreed to this so he signed . We should have gotten this in writing. For the next month we repeatedly called and stopped by when we were supposed to but the person who was supposed to help us was never there or the person would be someone different who was not there. They never returned any of our calls . It's still not fixed. In my following visits to try to get help, no one acknowledged me upon entering building. Salespeople were constantly looking down at cells phone if not with a customer. When I first signed my half of paperwork it was handed to me by a man who immediately walked away without going over it with me. They had added charges like a warrenty type plan and a tire package I had not asked for. They had to find person again to have them removed. He rudely tried to talk me into them but did take them off. The good part of this experience was Austin the young man who was supposed to be my salesperson. He was fun and nice. He was only trained in a minimum of paperwork though so we spent a lot of time waiting for other people to help.
