I never thought about purchasing new tires from a car dealership. I always went to a tire store that specialized in this type of service. I was surprised how competitive they were and able to schedule my service that was convenient to me.

Don’t get the 2022 models
There is a design flaw with the radiators. Better research the model you want. It will be my first and last time buying a brand new vehicle

Another exceptional service visit
I have always used Team Hyundai for all of my service needs. The team there is very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. I strongly suggest to use this dealership for all of your service needs. The shuttle driver Kevin is always exceptionally nice and always remembers you by name.

Good service.
Good service. Could’ve explained the charges of services prior to completion of visit was unaware tire rotation was charged $24. I was under the assumption that it was included with the oil change. Only can use 5 free oil changes at dealership vehicle was purchased. Moved from California to Maryland on military orders.

I received a letter that a part of the car had to be recalled and was able to make an appointment quickly with the help of a representative. And the service was quick considering what they had to do, and they washed my car. Super quick and easy. I have never had a problem with this dealership!

Don’t use this facility
I had an oil change and tire rotation ahead of holiday travel. The tech supposedly inspected my car, told me I needed to replace spark plugs- which had been replaced in the summer. He did not tell me I needed a new battery and I ended up stranded at 11pm the day before Christmas Eve. I can only assume they didn’t actually inspect my car- if they had they could have given me a warning about the battery and I would not have been stuck. I don’t trust anything they say now and won’t go back for service.

Great customer service
I have been taking my Hyundai to the dealership for maintenance for the past 6 years. They have always been professional and friendly to work with. My car is always serviced at my appointment time and returned within an hour. I normally wait and the waiting area is clean and comfortable.
