I had no appointment but when lights on my dash indicated an issue they diagnosed the problem. I had my car back the next day after the needed part arrived.
The people that work in the Service Center are very nice, knowledgeable, and truthful. They don’t tell you that you need something when you don’t. Good pricing for what they do, Dunn Rite Auto Group doesn’t try to rip you off. Again very trustworthy!! I would recommend them to everyone!!

The test drove her to see if they could duplicate the squeak I have been hearing, and they checked all the joints in the front.
