From the moment I walked in, the team was accommodating and professional. Francisco, the sales manager, was great to work with and made the process easy. Miguel, the tech, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. Samir also jumped in with advice and help when needed.
They went above and beyond by allowing me to video parts of the process and even gave me a tour of the shop, which says a lot about their transparency and confidence in their work.
Overall, solid people, a well-run shop, and a great customer experience. I would absolutely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
