I first took my vehicle to this dealership in June to have the transmission replaced, I had only owned a vehicle since September 2025. I did not buy it from this location however, once the transmission was complete, there were other issues that they had not taken care of and asked me to bring my vehicle back in. I did so, and they had the vehicle for 3 weeks. The vehicle was found outside every week I checked until the 3rd week. I went inside and had a conversation with the service manager. Within days, my vehicle had been evaluated and our approval was needed for any repair. We declined 2 repairs which totaled almost $4000 for an alleged sensor malfunction in the tail of my car and a bumper skin replacement for the same I approved a lug.nut, so three weeks, one lug nut $10 and $230 some dollars in labor fees. I picked the vehicle up on a 7/12 Friday and on Sunday 7/14 the engine began to clatter. I made arrangements in Troy, Mi to evaluate the problem and on my way the engine blew completely, oil gushed out of the bottom smoke was so thick across I75 people probably had difficulty seeing. 2 days after I picked it up from the dealership!!! Something just doesn't seem right to me. They claim to have done all these tests over 3 weeks and never detected an engine issue. The transmission blew and engine blew within 2,000 miles, with 79000 miles on it unacceptable. I will not be back for any reason.Whatsoever.
