Jessica One of these 2 ladies bad mouth me to Tony Baskner out in Findlay where I started my interest in a car I saw, long story short I was never responded to after submitting information after that point then i caled next day his off day, these two employees got mad because they wanted me to come to their location in Perrysburg, yellooo it's my choice where i go They assumed i coud not get out to Finday WRONG I was just seeing if they offered shuttle services Like a lot of places do so by the time I caught up the chase!? with Tony again HE WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH ME THE WAY HE WAS SOUNDING IN MY EAR SO EVER RUDE SAID HE WAS NEW AND FROM WHAT HE HEARD FROM PERRYSBURGS I SHOULD JUST GO TO THEM BLAH BLAH BLAH it woud be my best bet he says it's coser just shoving me on them are you freakin kiddin me, I will take my money and business someone else! You guys are costing Steve Taylor money your not the owners okay! Have a nice ife and stay the f up out my business.

Great experience
I was searching for a car for 2 weeks on sites such as Carvana and Guru. I was overwhelmed and was at the point of taking a break when I drove thru the lot at Talor Hyundai in Perrysburg. My search was over. Nick Stahl was recommended to me, and I quickly understood why. He was very kind and professional. I felt valued as a customer and now I can recommend that you stop your search and browse their lot and make an appointment with Nick.

I was lied to over the phone and insulted
I called and scheduled an appointment to sell my Hyundai to this dealer. Sophia took my call and informed me that they are paying more than Kelly blue book, (KBB) and that I would definitely sell my vehicle to them.
I was interested to see for myself so I went to my appointment on time and gave all information. I told my salesman what it blue booked at. After waiting for 20 minutes he came back with bad news that they would not even come close to blue book let alone pay more than blue book like I was informed over the phone. My value was around $4-5,000 they offered me $2,000. It was a waist of time and gas plus having to pay my friend to drive his vehicle so I had a ride home only to find out lies and get insulted.

Salesperson was amazing!
If you go to Taylor Hyundai, you need to work with Lana Rankins! Her energy was great from the moment I was walking in. She treated me with respect and understood what I was there for. I didn't end up choosing the car I was looking at, but the dealership experience I had was the best! Would definitely recommend!!

Best Dealership Experience Around!
I’ll be the first to say that I hate car shopping. From pushy salespeople to outrageous prices, it is something that I dread. BUT! That is far from the experience I had at Taylor Hyundai of Perrysburg. From the very start John was very attentive to what I was looking for and wasn’t pushy at all ( which I half expected since I stopped in with only 45 minutes left until closing time). After test driving a car we made an appointment for the following afternoon, when I arrived and told him that we were intested in something a little bigger than what I had previously test drove he was on it! Within minutes he pulled up exactly what we were looking for, and after a test drive, and a quick call to the wife, it was a done deal. All told I don’t think I spent more than an hour in the dealership and never once did I feel pressured or rushed, it was just that smooth! So thank you to John and the team at Taylor Hyundai, you’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

Wonderful service... Above Average Service Advisor.. BUT
After a frustrating day at the office, I came out to find a drywall screw in my tire tread BUT Nick who was so accommodating & courteous was able to secure the matching exact tire for me even though I had to drive the miles to this location instead of the one by where I work. Nick was professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with... He is definitely an asset to your dealership. The repair was able to be done the same day which was wonderful and I was happily to be put back on the road. BUT I was not happy when my car less than 3 mos old now has a hairline scratch in the rear bumper from something grazing its surface which has removed the gray trim accent and left a black scratch in its place of about 3 inches in area ... makes me absolutely heartsick. I do not ever back up close to anything that would cause this because of my camera and within the time frame of noticing it this is only where I can view it happening. I trusted you to take care of my vehicle .. in one aspect you did.. but in the other aspect.. I tend to wonder........ Sure I will recommend your dealership over experiences w/the other one in the past as they have not proved to be as accommodating in the past.. but .... sigh.. I didn't expect this...

Great Service!
I came in for a servicing appointment and they informed me that my car could go a lot longer with servicing. They gave me a print out specifically for my car and it’s servicing needs and gave me a free car wash. They are a great dealership to work with!

It's all about the money here
personally purchased from this location but I know now I NEVER will and I will NEVER send anyone there to purchase a car. My daughter who purchased a car from here has had problems from the start. First the salesperson (Danny Barboza) did not even know who my daughter was when she was singing paperwork for the car...he was on the phone and talking to 3 different customers at the time....all about the sales and commission I see. Then he put her 1000. Down payment on someone else's account. Thank God she used a debit card and had record of the payment.
That right there was a red flag to me. Also thank God she purchased the warranty.
Well as it seems, Taylor Hyundai doesn't honor their contracts. Her car CLEARLY has transmission problems and she has called and called, left messages and even went to the site. NOTHING has been done, and now she is completely ignored, no phone calls answered, no return calls from countless voicemails left. So if you want to be treated like a number and not have a sound running car...goto Taylor Hyundai in Perrysburg lol

Confused and Somewhat Disappointed
My car was towed to Taylor as the check engine light was blinking (with a major engine misfire) due to a Hyundai service bulletin identifying such an issue. During the service process, I was advised that my 2012 Sonata was not part of the bulletin. However, even though my car identified an oxygen sensor code (and maybe more) that was never addressed yet alone identified for repair. Taylor did replace my starter (appreciated on a 10 year old car), but never explained why engine light code was not corrected. After a week, the check engine light is on again (because the cause was not repaired). Not sure what happened in Perrysburg over the years as I have been faithful customer since 2014 spending hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars for maintenance and repairs due to the excellent service provided. I am a very disappointed (loyalty fading) after my third negative experience in about 12 months.
