Great service for new customer
I needed a lower ball joint replaced on my Ford F250 within 3 days for an upcoming RV trip. Taylor's was recommended by a friend after I got half a dozen "can't do it that fast" from area dealers and independent shops. Raleigh got me checked in within an hour if calling and has the truck back to me in 24 hours. That is customer service!

I appreciate Taylor Automotive so much for taking the time to listen to my concerns and help me out. It means the world to have a mechanic like Raleigh (and his crew) be patient with me and check things out for my two cars, even when it wasn’t exactly clear what was going on. I’ll always trust them with any car issues I have down the road!
