Warranty.
A/C compressor went bad. Manufacturer warranty. Dropped off my son’s car at Taylor’s Automotive Monday morning and and my son was on his way back to college that afternoon. 😁

Very fast and very knowledgeable
Dropped my vehicle off Friday morning by 1015 they called me letting me know the problem. By Tuesday afternoon it was ready for pickup . Amazing work and fast thumbs up !

Amazing service
The team is very tolerant of all of my questions, very respectful of my budget, and just generally great folks to work with. They take care of my older-vehicles and are realists when it comes to continuing to 'chase gremlins' and dump money into 20+ year old cars. They're mindful of safety matters vs cosmetic and advise accordingly.

I use my older truck to tow a horse trailer- and they're VERY MINDFUL Of the safety needs associated with hauling an animal. I trust them with my horse's life every time I drop off my truck.

I appreciate how kind patient they are with me and how they're diligent with the work done on my cars. They seem to be genuinely nice humans with a great ethic.
