Their blatant inability to diagnose and repair vehicles has left me and my mother in dangerous situations on the side of the road, more than once.
Thousands of dollars were spent at this shop, and they were incapable of fixing even the smallest of issues on two of my vehicles.
Fuel lines were left improperly connected which resulted in fuel leaks, on multiple occasions.
The exhaust manifolds on my truck that I was told we’re leaking, but had never heard a leak, ended up leaking after their repairs, and I brought it back to them multiple times for them to fix the issue. but was still eft with leaking exhaust manifolds. I had it repaired by another shop, who had no issues fixing it.. Taney service centers techs missed low break pads, broken struts, broken motor mounts and a parking break assembly that needed to be completely replaced.
They were unable to fix my AC, but charged me anyway. Completely missing the fact that the fan clutch was bad, but marking on the documentation that it was fine.
They lied on my paperwork and never compensated me for ANY of the repairs that they failed to properly perform.
This is by far the most unprofessional, incapable repair facility I have EVER encountered. I’m not sure how they are still in business. I would never recommend them to anyone.
