Pavel for the record is a great guy but he didn't provide any service AT ALL
HENCE MY POINT I UNDERSTAND HAVING METRICS TO MEASURE EFFICIENCY AND PRODUCTIVITY BUT IF THOSE METRICS ARE NOT BACKED BY EFFECTIVE PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES THEY ARE VIRTUALLY MEANINGLESS
