The console was all fogged up and the the door handles needed replacing.
Repairs were done in an excellent manner. The service manager Mike was very easy to work with. They have serviced my vehicle for 3 years and I have found them great to work with. Would recommend them highly!!!

Dissapointed
This first service by you was very costly with just routine yearly check. I was not impressed by the condition if my car after the service. For the price I paid for service I think you could have at least washed my car. That’s not an expensive proposition and it would have gone a long way in making me feel better to have spent so much money. I ended up going to a car wash after I left.

My car was thoroughly checked and needed repairs were made. I was provided with a ride home and back to pick up my car. Car was repaired on date promised. Service manager was friendly and professional.

I have a 2014 BMW X-1that is driven about 4000 miles per year. In May, 2013 Debold checked out an oil odor and said the valve cover gasket had to be replaced. This was done at a cost well over $1000. Then in December, 2013 they checked out another oil smell and said the valve cover had to be replaced. They did this for a cost of almost $1500. Now in April 2005, 5000 miles later, they report that the oil pan gasket is leaking and that the cost to fix would be about $1200. This all does not seem right. Also, given the age of the vehicle wouldn’t it have made more sense to change out all these oil leak points at one time and eliminate a lot of duplicate labor?

Trouble shooting
Mike in service is really great. We’ve been searching for the hardest problem ever…. The intermittent problem! They have all been very helpful and professional so say the least.
